By using the TapForge service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Service Overview

TapForge is an AI-powered NFC digital business card service that provides the following features without requiring an app:

• Digital business card creation and management
• Instant card information sharing via NFC
• AI-based business card management
• Multi-language automatic translation
• Integration with CRM systems

3. User Registration

To use the service, you must register for an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

4. Service Fees

• Early Access: ¥500/month (permanent rate, limited to 100 users)
• Regular Plan: Starting at ¥700/month with gradual discounts
• 3-month minimum contract for early access
• Payment via Stripe

5. Data Protection and Privacy

We protect user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal information is encrypted and will never be sold to third parties. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Violate others' privacy or intellectual property rights
• Attempt to disrupt or damage the service
• Share false or misleading information
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or service announcements.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the past 12 months.
